Ryan Quade is a licensed Minnesota real estate salesperson, license #40924708, affiliated with Coldwell Banker. Real estate services are provided through the supervising brokerage. Each office is independently owned and operated.
Listing services are provided in Minnesota. Listing property in Wisconsin, including Superior, requires a Wisconsin license; Wisconsin inquiries are handled by referral to a Wisconsin-licensed agent.
Broker compensation is negotiable
The amount or rate of real estate broker compensation is negotiable between the broker and the client (Minn. Stat. 82.66). Buyer-agent compensation is also negotiable and is decided in each transaction.
Agency relationships
Minnesota requires real estate licensees to give consumers an Agency Relationships in Real Estate Transactions disclosure at the first substantive contact. It explains seller's agents, buyer's agents, dual agency and facilitators. You'll receive it before any detailed discussion of your plans, and you can ask questions about it at any time.
